If you are ready to sell or have been sitting on the real estate market, you may want to watch the video below.  We have invited Kelly Hughes to discuss home staging.  Although many of us have very comfortable homes, the way in which we sell these homes is different than the way we live in them.  Once they are listed for sale they no longer are our homes, but now they are a “product”.  Potential purchasers will shop through properties and pass on those that they cannot get a feel for because they are cluttered or have something that is rather easy with some re-arranging.
