Determining real values for the past few years has been a challenge and remains unchanged. Not a day goes buy that I am not questioned about market activity and what am I seeing.
The Real Winners on Hilton Head
Of course, one needs to qualify the answer by area. The best answer is that values are abundant and the activity, according to all research, is on the increase while the supply is dwindling. Without a doubt, gains experienced since 2002 have been lost and that is sad for those who acquired properties in 2004 through 2007. The real winner remains the astute buyer who can recognize value rather than get bogged down with the news of the day.
