Next time you take a drive through the Low Country, visit Palmetto Bluff. This waterfront village is nestled under century live oaks draped with Spanish moss. Located off Highway 46 between Hilton Head Island, SC and Savannah, Ga, Palmetto Bluff’s Wilson Village is off the charts beautiful. The natural beauty is complemented perfectly by the charm of its timeless architecture. Sited on 20,000 acres the amenities include a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole golf course, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, Longfield Stables with 173 acres, two swimming pools, fitness center, Wilson landing with boat storage, docks, RT’s Market, The Inn, Buffalo’s Restaurant, River House and the Canoe Club Restaurant. The membership program fees and programs are very affordable and flexible with the social membership starting at just $6,650 per year. Golf and boating are offered a la carte and as a member you only pay for what you use. Nice.
Palmetto Bluff Real Estate
Palmetto Bluff offers values ranging from $600,000 to 6 million for homes and home-sites starting at $110,000. The property offering is diverse and unique with everything from cottages to country properties (some up to 30 acres). The current plan would allow approximately 4,000 homes and given the 20,000 acres, the density would be only one home for every five acres.
