Carolina Isles on Hilton Head Island

Jarvis Creek Club on Hilton Head Island

The Paddocks on Hilton Head Island

Palmetto Bluff

May River Plantation

May River Plantation is also  in Bluffton off Highway 46.  This 320 acre community will have a community swimming pool, pavilion, lawn areas and a boat storage area.  With two very big lagoons, the majority of the 109 homes will be waterfront on oversized properties.  New homes are under construction with prices starting in the upper $300’s.   Click here for more information on the community.

Hilton Head Lakes

Hilton Head Lakes is sited on over 4,700 acres and offers waterfront and golf properties.  The 155 acre lake is navigable and the community also offers a waterfront swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center.  New homes start in the 300’s and the community also offers home sites for purchase.
