Most purchasers would rather drive by a property before ever calling a real estate agent.  Now with the internet, purchasers and agents can save gas, money and time. In fact, purchasers can now stand on the street with Google Earth,  they can map the location with our MLS, they can take  a visual tour of the property and they can even review comparables without ever leaving their home or office.  We have found because information travels so fast that the first thing to do once you discover a property you like on the internet is to notify your Hilton Head REALTOR ASAP.
