3_Kingfisher_HHILooking for a fun filled week on Hilton Head Island?  “The Kingfisher” offers day trips to Savannah by boat,  a carriage ride in Historic Beaufort and Fireworks in Shelter Cove.  This itinerary was designed to fit perfectly with one of our big vacation homes or we can scale it back for a Sea Cloisters, Ocean Palms or one of our other properties!

Hilton Head by Boat

If you have not seen Hilton Head from the water, you have not seen Hilton Head.  To  begin this adventure visit one of the Island marinas that offer power boat, paddle board and kayak rentals.  The inland waters surrounding Hilton Head are easy to navigate with local charts, GPS and guidance that comes with your rental.  Hilton Head marinas are located on the sunset side of the Island.  These marinas are  unique and some offer great waterfront dining opportunities.  Marina and Island hopping is lot of fun with family and friends. Summer on Hilton Head is a fun.

With one of the busiest spring real estate seasons we’ve seen in years our visitors are jumping in the car of their favorite Realtors to go find a good one before they are all gone. Coupled with affordable prices and incredibly low mortgage rates buyers are not waiting until their next visit.

Pricing is so good

We had a buyer step up recently on one of our properties and pay 96% of asking price…of course they started lower, but knew this was a chance of a lifetime type property. We have had a few properties where we were bidding with other buyers…and my clients all know I hate to lose!
