The good news in real estate is finally moving from the back pages to the headlines in major newspapers and magazines.  One very important factors that effects the value of real estate is the Law of Cause and Effect.

Because of all the Good News out there, we are seeing more buyers in the buy real estate on the Island.  Last week on Hilton Head we sold 4 oceanfront homes which is more than the entire year and my phones are busy as we put together contracts for our buyers and sellers.
