2015 was awesome!  We could not have done it without you!  Just some of the highlights included selling over 100 properties, adding several great vacation properties to our rental program and celebrating our 3rd year in our new location. Last month we published and mailed the first edition, “It’s All About Home” to 9,500 clients interested in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Wexford, Long Cove, Palmetto Hall, Shipyard, Folly Field, Singleton Beach and Port Royal.  This is the first of its kind and we are excited about this new marketing program.

The Principles of Hilton Head Properties are seasoned real estate professionals in the Hilton Head Area Real Estate Market and know how to get a property sold. Marketing is the big reason a property sits or sells.  Hilton Head Properties marketing will not follow others, but will lead them.

Hilton Head “Domino” Effect in Real Estate

The dominos are falling on Hilton Head Island.  When one seller becomes a buyer and than that seller becomes a buyer the real estate market on the Island starts moving.  Just a few years ago these chain reactions were scarce.   Today with the fear of losing the low interest rates, the flow of buyer confidence, the selling season and great properties, dominos are falling once again.  Below is a domino chain we are tracking with several related transactions(dominos) so far!. What is an ARB on Hilton Head?

Every residential Hilton Head community that ever had a vacant home-site has a ARB which is an acronym for Architectural Review Board.  Just like a Hilton Head POA, the board is made up of members from the community, professionals and adminstrators that make decisions about the architecture based on the covenants of the community.  These review boards protect the residential integrity of their community and help uphold property values from these efforts. The demand for single family homes and town homes is at it’s peak right now.
