Hilton Head Island(on Island)

Sea Pines

Singleton Beach

The Singleton Beach area is one of the newest, most upscale oceanfront communities on Hilton Head Island. It is situated mid-island, facing the Atlantic Ocean, between Palmetto Dunes and and Folly Field, or the “Folly”. This is where the ocean crosses over a small stretch of our 12 mile pristine beach twice a day at high tide. The ocean tide re-nourishes the beautiful salt marsh and leaves it teeming with fish, crab and other forms of wildlife and tropical birds.

Palmetto Hall

Palmetto Hall is located on Hilton Head Island with subtropical temperatures, 12 miles of beautiful beach, wonderful shops, great restaurants, fantastic schools, a Hospital, Airport and Library. Folly Field

Welcome to Folly Field!  In 1953 The first vacation cottages were developed on Folly Field Road. Thanks to the Town’s Beach Renourishment Project starting this month.  Funded by the 2% bed tax dollars collected on overnight lodging, this 20 million dollar project should be completed by Memorial Day. Happy House Hunting Hilton HeadWhen it comes to Hilton Head home sales this summer, buyers are not waiting for their next trip.  There has been a 25% increase in home sales on Hilton Head Island this June compared to last year’s June.  Off Island(over the bridge), home sales jumped a whopping 53% over the same month last year.  All bets are off as inventories start dropping and interest rates start moving…in the meantime, Happy House Hunting Hilton Head!  Read the rest of this entry
