There are really only two options that you need to take in the next few weeks. If your property is working for you and meets your present and future needs than you should absolutely consider refinancing your property as rates will never be this low. Most people do not realize how low these rates really are:
- We have had clients hover around a 3.3% 15 year loan ~ which is $709 per month per $1,000 dollars per month
- We have had clients hover around a 4% for a 30 year conforming fixed rate or $490 per month

If you are wondering the locations for the properties, this tax district map will help you locate the properties using the first 3 numbers after the letter, ie R510.

Here’s the skinny on the upcoming delinquent tax sale for Beaufort County. The opening bid includes, delinquent taxes for 2010, all penalties and fees, plus the current year taxes for 2011. This is the minimum opening bid. They accept Visa! Owners will have up to 12 months to redeem their real property paying you interest for the time that you carried the property (interest shall not exceed the opening bid). If real property is not redeemed, a delinquent tax sale deed is issued to the successful bidder. All stamp fees and preparation costs must be paid prior to the deed recording and the property is deeded lien free. My name is Denielle Johnson and I’m a casting producer on HGTV’s new and improved Bang for your Buck. The Hilton Head Island area is one of the first stops on our tour, and I’d love to speak with you about any suggestions you may have.
We are looking to feature fun and energetic homeowners who own vacation rentals and have recently (in the past 5 years) done a renovation on the property. The other day we checked the rates for a 15 year fixed and found 3.5% for one of our Hilton Head buyers. I now believe any buyer that steps forward will be making history. The old saying about being greedy when others are fearful and fearful while others are greedy is so applicable today. There is little doubt these are the best interest rates our buyers will ever get.
