For a while there it was like having a secret fishing hole. I would show a great property at a compelling price and WHAMM the buyer would be on the hook . The deals were too good to let go and buyers stayed on the hook as long as the value was good. We did lose some buyers due to impatience or an even better deal, but all in all 99% of the short sales we have been involved with closed.
